Accelerate your Franchise Search with Advanced Filtering and FDD Downloader

Wefranch helps prospective franchisees find, evaluate and select great franchise brands. To enhance franchisees’ search process through thousands of brands, we implemented two new features into our Concept Pages.

Firstly, Advanced Filtering allows users to efficiently select franchises based on a set of specific filters. Whether it’s your initial investment, a location, maturity of the brand or satisfaction of current franchisees, you can easily find a list of brands that meet your requirements.

Secondly, to get more granular data on a specific franchise, we enabled the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) downloader inside each concept page. Traditionally, obtaining an FDD involved multiple interviews with the franchisor, purchasing from third-party sellers, or online searches. Now, you can access all the critical details about a franchise directly from the concept page.

Follow these steps to make use of these features in your franchise search process:

Step 1: From Wefranch.com homepage, navigate to to Concepts, then Filters.

Step 2: From the filters, select your preference for each of these:

• Category: select the industry you’re interested in
• Franchise fee: set a minimum and maximum range for the fee
• Initial investment: set a range for the overall startup costs
• Royalty: choose the type of royalty fee
• Franchise rating: select the concepts based on their success with current franchisees
• Number of ratings: choose brands based on number of reviews from current franchisees
• FDD Availability: choose brands where you can get the Franchise Disclosure Document in one-click.
• Verified status: Wefranch-verified brands allow for easy access access to franchisors.

Step 3: You can download the FDD through one-click directly from the list of concepts.

Step 4: When you go inside a concept page, you can also see a list of historic FDDs that Wefranch has been collecting.

Step 5: Download historic FDDs to compare a brand’s growth over time.
